Hyper Psaro and Coca-Cola open factory in Lubumbashi

Hyper Psaro, the Congolese retail and industrial conglomerate, has officially opened a new factory in Lubumbashi to produce non-carbonated drinks under license from Coca-Cola. Daily production of still water brand Dasani, put into PET bottles under license, can reach 90,000 units daily. The facility can also produce 10,000 litres of Rani fruit juice in Tetra Pak containers daily.

Hyper Psaro has six factories in total in DRC. It also produces Omo and Sunlight detergents and the Geisha soap range under license for Unilever. In addition, the company produces its own range of cleaning products and disinfectants under the Safi brand, tissue products under the Extradoux brand, Britelite candles, and vinegar.
