Cold Stone Creamery franchisee Eat‘N’Go launches new web app

Feb 23, 2021

Eat‘N’Go, the Cold Stone Creamery franchise holder in Nigeria has launched a new web app to support online ordering for customers. Eat‘N’Go continues to launch new stores in the country, and operates more than 100 stores nationally.

Eat‘N’Go is also the Nigeria franchise holder for Domino’s Pizza and tends to co-locate the two brands. It expanded into the northern city of Kano in late December 2020 and in 2021 has already opened new outlets in Delta and Benin State.

The new ordering platform will help streamline the franchise’s delivery process. With an Apple and Android app, it enables customers to order ice creams and other desserts and have them delivered to their preferred location. For now, delivery locations are limited, unlike Domino’s Pizza, which delivers in multiple Nigerian cities.

Since its entry in 2012, Eat‘N’Go has established itself as the leading QSR operator in Nigeria, ahead of both indigenous brands as well as players including KFC (Chellerams) and Pizza Hut (Marathon Restaurant Group Africa).
